Return and Refund Policy

🔄 Exchange Policy
* You may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
* Item must be unused, unworn, with tags & original packaging.
* Customer needs to ship the product to SINSKARI’s warehouse address at their own cost for exchanges.
* Once we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be shipped out.

↩️ Return Policy
* Returns are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of delivery.
* Item must be in original condition, unused, unworn, with tags intact.
* For approved returns, SINSKARI will arrange a pickup from your location.
* Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after the item passes quality check.

* Products on sale, discounted items, or special collaborations are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective.
* Please record an unboxing video in case of damage claims — claims without proof may not be accepted.
* SINSKARI reserves the right to decline exchanges/returns if the product fails quality check
